Patient Specialist: Onsite Medical Care & Prep

Humana Inc. is seeking a Medical Assistant for an on-site role with CenterWell Senior Primary Care. The specialist helps prepare patients before seeing the doctor, supports a smooth clinical flow, and coordinates with the care team to improve outcomes.
Responsibilities include intake and rooming, EMR inbox management, and patient education to ensure understanding of next steps. Strong HIPAA knowledge and a background in MA training are preferred.
