For information, visit .ResponsibilitiesResponsible for providing direct care services including individual and group counseling, support and other activities; participating in comprehensive assessment, development of treatment and discharge planning; maintaining clinical documentation, participating in and facilitating family and collateral meetings, team meetings and case conferences to ensure continuity of care.QualificationsEducation and Work ExperienceMasters degree from an accredited college or university in counseling or social work.LCADC Candidates without a Masters degree will be considered on a case by case basis.Two years mental health experience.
