What you'll do - Provide skilled nursing care in the home
- Monitor patient condition and respond to changes
- Administer treatments and medications
- Work closely with families and care teams
- Educate patients with confidence

Requirements - Active RN license (ME)
- Current BLS certification
- 1+ year experience preferred
