Overview Cook & Bartlett, PLLC, an established, three-attorney firm, is seeking a motivated and forward-thinking lawyer who is eager to contribute to our firm's long-term development and success. Cook & Bartlett represents businesses and families on a wide range of issues, including estate planning, probate, real estate, business formation, and litigation. We provide legal services throughout the state but are rooted in the Magnolia, Queen Anne, and Ballard community. Responsibilities Serve as a confident, self-motivated attorney contributing to the firm’s long-term growth. Represent businesses and families on estate planning, probate, real estate, business formation, and litigation matters. Collaborate in a team-oriented environment with mentorship and professional development. Qualifications Washington Bar membership required. Strong legal research, writing, and advocacy skills. 3–7 years of experience preferred, including two years in estate planning, probate, and litigation. Willingness to welcome existing clients and explore new practice areas. Compensation & Benefits Compensation aligned with experience, skills, and value brought to the firm.
