Responsibilities Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming Provide vital signs and report changes to nursing staff Assist with feeding, toileting, and ambulation Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents Develop and maintain meaningful relationships with residents and family members Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care Requirements Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification Ability to lift and transfer residents with assistance Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff Dedication to upholding our organization's mission and values What We Offer Compensation and Schedule: Pay Range: $18.50 – $22.00 per hour with pay commensurate with certification and years of post-certification experience Shift Differentials: +$1.50/hr for weekday B & C shifts and +10% more/hour for all weekend shifts Available Shifts: Day (7:00am – 3:00pm), Evening (3:00pm – 11:00pm) Nights (11:00pm-7:00AM) Schedule Options: Full-Time (37.5 hours per week), Part-Time (22.5 hours per week) Weekend Availability: Every other weekend Requirment Sign-On Bonus: $2,500 Sign-On Bonus for Full-Time CNAs Competitive Benefits Package: Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance Flexible Spending Account (FSA) Company-Paid Life Insurance and Supplemental Life Insurance Options Voluntary Benefit Programs Generous Paid Time Off - including Vacation, Sick and Holiday Time Off 401(k) retirement plan Direct deposit #J-18808-Ljbffr Fairport Rehab & Nursing Center
