Key Qualifications:

• Active and valid Occupational Therapy license for the state of California
• Prior experience in a school setting, preferably working with TK through 5th grade students
• Strong understanding of pediatric OT practices and IEP processes
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with teachers, staff, and parents
• Ability to manage time efficiently and work independently across a limited weekly schedule

Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct and consultative Occupational Therapy services to a caseload of 5-6 students
• Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and participate in the IEP process
• Implement evidence-based interventions tailored to meet individual student needs
• Maintain detailed documentation and comply with all school district and state requirements
• Engage with families and educational staff to support students’ progress in the classroom setting
