Change Manager

Driving successful adoption of strategic changes, the full-time Change Manager will partner with senior leaders and stakeholders to implement and sustain organizational, process, and technology changes in a remote setting. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute comprehensive change management strategies aligned with business objectives Lead stakeholder engagement and communication efforts to define and monitor change success metrics Conduct change readiness assessments and implement strategies to promote adoption and mitigate resistance Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, Organizational Development, Psychology, or related field (or equivalent experience) Proven experience leading change management for complex initiatives Strong understanding of change management principles, tools, and methodologies Experience working in matrixed, global organizations Ability to navigate ambiguity and influence without authority
