DESC is seeking energized and passionate Residential Counselors to manage day-to-day operations at our Permanent Supportive Housing Projects in Seattle. You will assist residents with daily needs, focusing on those with severe mental illness and substance use disorders. The role requires working closely with clinical staff, coordinating services, and promoting on-site activities while maintaining safety and building operations.
