Job Description
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Position Overview We are seeking two skilled Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our Rural Health Clinic. This role offers a dynamic work environment with guaranteed hours, no weekends or holidays, and the opportunity to work closely with healthcare providers. Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care and assist healthcare providers as needed.
- Collaborate with other nursing staff within the clinic to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Utilize the Epic charting system for accurate documentation of patient information.
- Maintain a professional image by adhering to grooming and jewelry policies.
- Full-time position with guaranteed 40 hours per week.
- Flexible shift options: either 5-8 hour shifts or 4-10 hour shifts, depending on provider schedules.
- No weekend or holiday shifts required.
- Current Minnesota LPN license required.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is necessary.
- Must provide evidence of a negative Tuberculosis (TB) test.
