The client is in Phoenix, AZ.We can only do w2 only. Rates $45-$50 w2Strong knowledge, skill, and experience associated with analysis of business processes of IT system applications, including system design and implementation in a full life cycle project development arenaWork with complex requirements across systems and business domains using specified formats to ensure continuity of requirement documents across projectsProficiency in facilitating backlog grooming and sprint planningExperience working on an Agile/Scrum teamExperience gathering requirements for API rulesHow to read and / or write basic SQL statementsRelational databases and database structuresDevelop Agile Product Backlog items for presentation to development teams and business owners including appropriate assumptions, acceptance criteria, user/system details, and non-functional requirementsDevelop and maintain Agile Product BacklogsExperience generating requirements from business units and using business requirement documentsProcess improvement, workflow, benchmarking, and/or evaluation of business processes requiredStrong experience in eliciting, detailing, documenting, and validating requirementsStrong understanding of lean methodologies like Agile, Scrum as well as WaterfallSkills PreferredPreference will be given to those applicants with:Application development in IT departments in government or the private sectorEducation industry and working knowledge of Microsoft Team Foundation ServerKnowledge of current Microsoft .NET technologies including SQL and SharePointScrum certification and IIBA certificationKnowledge of current Microsoft .NET technologies including C#, VB.NET, ASP.Net, and SharePoint highly preferredWorking knowledge of Microsoft Team Foundation Services preferredExperience RequiredMinimum of 4 years’ practical experience in technical business analysis requiredApplicants must have a minimum of three years’ experience in scrum/agile environmentsHow to read and / or write basic SQL statements #J-18808-Ljbffr Torrey Holistics
