Administrative & Employee Engagement Coordinator
Paris, KY
$28.00 per Hour
Monday-Friday | Full-Time | Onsite | Temp-to-Hire
PRT Staffing is seeking an energetic and professional Administrative & Employee Engagement Coordinator to support a growing manufacturing facility in Paris, KY.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing administrative responsibilities with employee engagement, event coordination, and workplace culture initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate meetings, events, employee activities, and internal communications
- Welcome employees, visitors, and leadership teams
- Support onboarding, training, and employee engagement programs
- Prepare reports, presentations, and business correspondence
- Process purchase orders and track expenses
- Assist with KPI reporting and operational support
- Coordinate office functions and vendor relationships
Qualifications:
2+ years of administrative support experience
Experience in manufacturing, industrial, or production environments preferred
Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Experience with purchase orders and administrative reporting
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Comfortable speaking in front of groups and interacting with leadership
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Preferred:
- SAP or ERP experience
- Employee engagement or workplace culture experience
- Event planning and vendor coordination experience
- Experience supporting site or senior leadership
