Sr. Manager, Product Strategy and Offer Management (Workplace Services)

Here, innovative thought meets creative problem solving, helping us “challenge the status quo” and transform the finance industry together.Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States now and the future without employer sponsorship.We believe in the importance of in-office collaboration and fully intend for the selected candidate to work on site 4 days per week in one of the specified locations.Schwab’s Workplace Services (WS) team is responsible for serving the client’s needs across our Retirement business, our Stock Plan Services business, and our Designated Brokerage Services business.The Senior Manager, Product Strategy & Offer Management is responsible for defining and advancing the strategy, development, and activation of key Workplace Services offers across multiple client and stakeholder segments. You’ll have the opportunity to work on components of several different offers including the financial wellness offer, integrated benefits offer, consultant offer and plan sponsor offer for both Retirement and Stock Plan Services. In this role, you will be responsible for leading cross functional teams to influence strategy and ensure the offer you are working on has clear value propositions, success measures and prioritized roadmaps.This role will report to the Director of Integrated Benefits Offer Manager and will partner closely with leaders across the firm to organize, package, activate, and maintain a competitive offer. The Senior Offer Manager will balance near-term delivery with long-term strategy, proactively manage tradeoffs between financial wellness, sponsor and consultant needs, and establish shared governance and KPI reporting to track progress and outcomes.Key responsibilitiesDevelop and own the long‑term vision and multi‑year roadmaps for assigned offers (or offer components) including:Financial wellness: the full spectrum of financial support and solutions available to workplace services participants.Integrated benefits offer: the intentional coordination of Schwab’s capabilities across businesses to deliver a seamless experience and clear value for target clientsPlan sponsor offer: define the offer for sponsors including reporting, analytics and insights, informed by sponsor research and service data; translate sponsor pain points and root causes into prioritized enhancements.Consultant offer: define the consultant experience strategy and engagement model; translate consultant needs into capabilities, materials, and insights that strengthen consultant advocacy and influence business growth.Design and launch new products and enhancements informed by customer research, data analytics, behavioral insights, and competitive benchmarking.Develop and refine pricing strategies and market positioning for each offer, ensuring the value proposition is compelling, and aligned to target segments.Deliver presentations serving as the SME, clearly articulating the value of the offer to internal and external stakeholders. This may include sales finals, plan sponsor and consultant meetings, and/or industry events.Partner and influence across the organization (and, when needed, the broader firm) to activate roadmap deliverables on time and within scope, while establishing clear intake, prioritization, and governance mechanisms to manage tradeoffs between the two offers.Oversee vendor partners and contracts to ensure performance, compliance, risk management, and alignment with strategic objectives and experience standards.Establish KPI frameworks, reporting practices, and maintain key product/offer artifacts aligned with product management discipline.What you haveTo ensure that we fulfill our promise of “challenging the status quo,” this role has specific qualifications that successful candidates should have.
