Software Engineer, AI-Native Platform & Integrations

Build an AI-native platform that replaces spreadsheet-driven operations with real-time dashboards and agentic workflows. You will deliver core product capabilities end to end, including platform foundations, integrations, analytics surfaces, and hands-on pilot launch support.

• Ship production features across backend and frontend.
• Develop core entities, workflows, permissions, and multi-tenant platform foundations.
• Design a scalable integration layer with connectors to common tools, event ingestion, synchronization, and actions.
• Build real-time analytics dashboards with live metrics, drill-downs, and exports.
• Architect an MCP-compatible agentic integration layer, including a tool registry, permissions, runtime, and observability.
• Support pilot launches through shipping, debugging, and rapid iteration with real users.
• Establish testing, observability, and on-call readiness, while making pragmatic engineering decisions quickly.

• Strong practical software engineering ability, with the ability to ship end to end and work through blockers independently.
• Experience building SaaS products with APIs, data models, and production constraints.
• Deep experience with integrations, including OAuth2, webhooks, API pagination, rate limiting, and synchronization semantics.
• Ability to use AI development tools effectively while maintaining sound tests, interfaces, correctness, and guardrails.
• Familiarity with MCP-style tool interfaces or building tool servers.
• Clear communication skills and the ability to explain tradeoffs and keep stakeholders aligned.

• Remote, hourly engagement.

$70 to $110 per hour.
