Software Engineer, AI-Native Platform & Integrations

Build an AI-native platform that replaces spreadsheet-driven operations with real-time dashboards and agentic workflows. You will own end-to-end product delivery across platform foundations, integrations, analytics, and hands-on pilot launch execution. Key Responsibilities

• Deliver production backend and frontend features.
• Develop core platform entities, workflows, permissions, and multi-tenant foundations.
• Create an integration layer with connectors to common tools, event ingestion, synchronization, and actions.
• Design and implement a scalable integrations framework.
• Build real-time analytics dashboards with live metrics, drill-downs, and exports.
• Architect an MCP-compatible agentic tool-use layer, including a tool registry, permissions, runtime, and observability.
• Support the pilot through shipping, debugging, and iteration with real users.
• Establish strong engineering practices, including testing, observability, and on-call readiness.
• Move quickly and pragmatically while maintaining quality.

• Strong practical software engineering skills, with the ability to ship end-to-end and work independently through blockers.
• Experience building SaaS products with APIs, data models, and production constraints.
• Deep experience with integrations, including OAuth2, webhooks, API pagination, rate limiting, and synchronization semantics.
• Effective use of AI development tools, such as Copilot or ChatGPT, while maintaining sound testing, interfaces, correctness, and guardrails.
• Familiarity with MCP-style tool interfaces or tool-server development.
• Clear communication skills and the ability to explain tradeoffs and align stakeholders.

• Remote, hourly engagement.
• Opportunities are structured as full-time or long-term contingent roles, rather than project-based or freelance engagements.
• Selected professionals work closely with client internal teams and participate in standard enterprise workflows.

• $70 to $110 per hour.
