Software Engineer for AI-Native Platform & Integrations

Build and ship an AI-native platform that replaces spreadsheet-driven operations with real-time dashboards and agentic workflows. This role owns core product delivery end-to-end, including platform foundations, omni-tool integrations, real-time analytics surfaces, and hands-on support for a pilot launch.

• Deliver production features across backend and frontend systems, from data model design to user-facing UX.
• Design and implement a scalable integrations framework, including connectors, event ingestion, sync logic, and action execution.
• Create real-time analytics experiences, including live metrics, drill-downs, and export capabilities.
• Architect an agentic tool-use layer, including a tool registry, permissions, runtime, and observability compatible with MCP-style patterns.
• Support pilot launches with hands-on shipping, debugging, and iterative improvements with real users.
• Establish engineering hygiene, including testing, observability, and on-call readiness for pilot operations.
• Iterate quickly and pragmatically to unblock delivery and respond to stakeholder feedback.

• Practical, hands-on software engineering ability, able to ship end-to-end and unblock yourself.
• Experience building SaaS products, including APIs, data models, and operating under production constraints.
• Proven experience with integrations, including OAuth2, webhooks, API pagination, rate limiting, and sync semantics.
• Comfort using AI-assisted coding tools such as Copilot or ChatGPT to move fast while maintaining correctness, tests, and interface quality.
• Familiarity with MCP-style tool interfaces or experience building tool servers and registries.
• Clear communicator who can explain tradeoffs and keep stakeholders aligned.
