Qualifications and Skills:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active state licensure as an SLP
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
• Experience providing therapy in school settings highly valued
• Familiarity and comfort with teletherapy platforms and technology tools
• Strong communication, organization, and documentation abilities
• Commitment to inclusive, student-centered practice

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech-language assessments and develop individualized intervention plans
• Deliver direct and consultative speech-language services, onsite and/or via teletherapy, as assigned
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and special education staff to support student progress and IEP goals
• Track and document student performance and prepare progress reports
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team planning
• Stay up to date with best practices in speech-language therapy and educational regulations
