Customer Service Representative Department: CSR Employment Type: Full Time Location: Hingham, MA Description Minuteman Plumbing, Heating & Cooling is a growing, veteran-owned residential service company serving Greater Boston and the South Shore. We are hiring a Customer Service Representative for our call center. You will be the first voice customers hear, book service calls, and keep the schedule full. No call-center experience required; we will train the right person. Hourly base plus performance bonus, with a realistic on-target earnings range of $25 to $40 per hour.
