No Patients Per Shift: 4-6 in hospital, up to 15 in clinic Does your Facility require physicians to be board certified?: Yes Fellowship: Preferred Minimum Board Certification: Eligible What is the license requirement to bid?: Licensed in NC only Estimated Credentialing Timeframe (Days): 90 days, but temps available with clean malpractice and NPDB Friday - Tuesday coverage needed each week. Weekdays will include clinic coverage as well as call. On weekdays, call will be assisted by midwives. Weekend coverage would be physician call only. Requirements: 50 deliveries including 12 cesareans within 12 months 25 GYN surgeries including 5 major vaginal and abdominal cases All cases within 12 months
