Job Summary:

Provide skilled speech-language pathology services to patients, assessing and treating communication and swallowing disorders. Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop personalized treatment plans and ensure positive patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients' speech, language, and swallowing abilities through comprehensive assessments.
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to address communication challenges.
• Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
• Educate patients and their families on therapy techniques and strategies.
• Adhere to facility policies regarding identification and staff protocols.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid license or certification as a Speech Language Pathologist.
• Minimum of one year of clinical experience in speech-language pathology.
• Demonstrate strong assessment and treatment planning skills.
• Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
• Demonstrate commitment to patient care and confidentiality.
