A leading Northern New England law firm is seeking a Real Estate Attorney with experience in complex commercial real estate transactions to join its established and growing practice in Manchester, New Hampshire .

This role sits within a robust real estate and business practice that regularly advises developers, lenders, investors, and corporate clients on high-value and complex transactions throughout New England.

The firm is known for delivering practical, business-driven counsel on projects ranging from acquisitions and development to financing and land use, often working alongside multidisciplinary teams across corporate, finance, and litigation groups.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle complex commercial real estate transactions from start to finish
• Structure, negotiate, and close:
  • Acquisitions and dispositions
  • Commercial leasing agreements
  • Development and construction projects
  • Real estate financing transactions
• Perform and oversee due diligence, title review, and risk analysis
• Advise clients on land use, zoning, and regulatory considerations
• Coordinate with lenders, developers, and internal practice groups
• Maintain direct client contact and contribute to long-term relationships

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in commercial real estate law
• Demonstrated experience with complex, multi-party transactions
• Licensed in New Hampshire or Massachusetts (or ability to waive in)
• Ability to reside or commute within 30 minutes of Manchester, NH
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and deal management skills
• Ability to manage matters independently while collaborating with a broader team

Preferred (Not Required)

• Experience with real estate finance or development projects
• Exposure to corporate transactions or lending work
• Portable book of business (for senior candidates)
