Job Title: Commercial Litigation Solicitor

The firm is seeking a Commercial Litigation Partner to play a significant role in the continued expansion of its Manchester disputes practice. You will advise clients on a broad range of complex and high-value commercial disputes, including contractual disputes, shareholder and partnership disputes, professional negligence claims, fraud matters, business protection issues and other strategic commercial conflicts.

Applications are sought exclusively from existing Commercial Litigation Partners with a demonstrable client following and a proven track record of developing and maintaining profitable client relationships.

Significant experience handling complex commercial disputes for corporate and commercial clients.

An established client following capable of transitioning to a new platform.

Strong business development credentials and commercial awareness.
