Litigation Associate

We are seeking a Litigation Lawyer to join an established Creditor Services Department based in either Liverpool or Manchester. This is an excellent opportunity to manage a high-quality recoveries caseload for a well-developed portfolio of finance clients and medium to enterprise level businesses, within a commercially focused and growing team. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering efficient, client-focused litigation services, contributing to the ongoing development of the department, and supporting junior team members as the team continues to expand. Key Responsibilities Managing a full recoveries caseload from inception through to conclusion Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients Supporting the development of the client base and wider departmental growth Working towards and achieving financial and performance targets Assisting with, supervising and developing solicitors and paralegals within the team Responding promptly and professionally to requests for updates from clients, team leaders and introducers Providing general support to a busy and collaborative litigation team Skills and Experience Required Minimum 3 years’ PQE in commercial finance recovery / litigation work Proven experience managing court processes and working to strict client and procedural deadlines Strong organisational and time management skills with excellent attention to detail Clear and confident communication skills, with a client-focused approachA proactive, personable and hardworking attitude Additional Information Hybrid working available (up to 2 days per week remote working) Competitive salary and firm-wide bonus scheme for all fee earners Opportunity to join a growing and commercially driven team with strong client relationships Apply today or contact George Beard for more information. #J-18808-Ljbffr
