Learn more at Production Supervisor – 2nd Shift Location: Vishay Dale Electronics, Columbus, NE – one of the world’s largest manufacturers of resistors and e‑beam technology with around 600 employees. What You Will Be Doing Directly supervise the daily activities of operators and production‑specific employees in a precision electronic component manufacturing operation. Ensure that the process of all parts meets standards. Lead selection, training, discipline, and ongoing performance monitoring of individual operators to maintain the highest levels of quality and production. Plan and schedule workload to ensure smooth operations and timely production of orders in the sequence assigned by the production scheduling department. Expedite finished orders and facilitate receipt of required materials whenever necessary to meet production schedules. Provide operator training and monitor work performance by leveraging deep understanding of all assigned operations. What You Will Bring Along Two years’ experience in a manufacturing operation supervisory role. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. One to two years’ experience supervising employees. Eligibility as a U.S. Person (U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee) in accordance with 22 C.F.R. § 120.15; required for access to information subject to ITAR/EAR.
