We enable pharmacy care.ResponsibilitiesPreparing and packaging prescriptions for processing; stocking and assembling shipping suppliesComputer proficiency is requiredMust be responsible, organized, detail-oriented, able to work in a fast-paced environment, and able to interpret computer software and visual aids used to convey specific packaging requirements.Provide friendly and cooperative customer serviceGreet customers and take prescription ordersConvey empathy and understanding when handling customer service issues.Operate the cash register by ringing up sales for customersAssist in keeping the pharmacy clean and the shelves stockedAnswer the phoneInput customer information into the computer systemQualificationsRetail pharmacy experience is a plus.Computer experience mandatoryProven track record of exemplary customer serviceAbility to communicate effectively orally and in writing, to interact with a wide variety of individuals to successfully provide optimal patient careHigh School diploma or equivalentThe targeted compensation is between $18-21/Hr based on experience (this is an entry level role.)
