With offices throughout the Boston metro area, Boston Bone and Joint Institute has become the preeminent provider of orthopedic treatment. This full-time position involves providing top level care to our patients requiring treatment of shoulder pathology.

Skills/Qualifications/Personal Attributes: Minimum 2 years shoulder surgery experience preferred. Strong Interpersonal skills, Ability to work in a team setting

Job Description:

• Work directly with a Fellowship trained shoulder surgeon
• Organize and co-treat in the clinic setting
• Provide independent clinic care in our Dedham, Waltham and Woburn Offices
• First assist in surgery at both the hospital and surgical centers
• Return calls and electronic messages to patients as needed

Starting Salary: $125,000, based on years of experience
