- Manage a daily patient load of approximately 25-30 individuals
- Conduct evaluations and provide treatment plans for a variety of chronic pain conditions
- Prescribe medications and recommend appropriate interventional procedures
- Handle medication refill requests and support continuity of care
- Collaborate closely with the supervising physician and clinical staff
- Supportive, team-oriented clinical environment
- Competitive compensation starting at $135K+ (negotiable based on experience)
- No call responsibilities

- Monday, Wednesday & Thursday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Tuesday: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
