Pridestaff is seeking an Office Assistant to join our team! You will perform a variety of clerical and administrative task, Including managing phones, emails, scheduling appointments and schedule meetings.

You must be able to use organizational skills and manage your office time to thrive this this fast pace environment.

Responsibilities:

• Draft correspondences and other formal documents
• Plan and schedule appointments and events
• Greet and assist onsite guests
• Answer inbound telephone calls
• Develop and implement organized filing systems
• Perform all other office tasks

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• ?Strong organizational skills
• Must be willing to submit to a background check and drug screen.

Requirements

• Proven work experience as a senior administrative assistant, or executive administrative assistant
• In-depth understanding of office management and daily operations
• Hands on experience with MS Office
• Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
