Maintenance Mechanic

Maintenance Technician

Duties & expectations:

Inspects and identifies equipment or machines in need of repairs.

Troubleshoots issues to determine necessary repairs.

Plans repair work using building's blueprints or equipment manual as needed.

Performs routine maintenance on building systems.

Cleans and assists with upkeep of the facilities.

Orders supplies and materials needed for repairs and maintenance.

Performs other related duties as assigned.

Communicate any concerns or issues related to safety of personal and facility.

Look for continuous improvement of processes and understand the contribution to the effectiveness of the QMS.

Willing to work in a team environment.

Maintain a positive attitude and punctuality.

Aware of quality policies, procedures, objectives, contribution to conformance of product, safety and ethics.

Requirements:

5 years of prior experience working in a manufacturing environment.

Knowledge of manufacturing operations, equipment and repairs.

General maintenance experience including plumbing, electrical, heating and cooling (HVAC), and other building systems.

Experience working with hand tools and power tools.

Ability to work on their feet and lift up to 50lbs.
