Requirements J.D. from an accredited law school and active state bar membership. 2-10 years of experience practicing family law. Excellent analytical, research, and writing skills. Strong negotiation and mediation abilities. Ability to manage and prioritize a diverse caseload. Commitment to ethical standards and client confidentiality. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Experience in business development is a plus. Education J.D. from an accredited law school.
