Data Entry Clerk

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Data Entry Clerk located in Eden Prairie, MN. The Data Entry Clerk will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining data into company systems and databases. Additional responsibilities include verifying the accuracy of input information, assisting with administrative tasks, and maintaining records for efficient retrieval. This individual will also collaborate with team members to ensure data integrity and provide excellent customer support when needed.

• Proficient typing and data entry skills with a strong attention to accuracy
• Basic to advanced computer literacy, including familiarity with databases and software tools
• Experience with administrative assistance tasks such as organizing files and maintaining records
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Customer service experience, with a focus on professionalism and problem-solving
• Ability to multi-task effectively and maintain focus in a fast-paced environment
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or coursework in office administration is a plus
• Prior experience in data entry, administrative roles, or a related field is preferred
