Description :
We are hiring a Salesforce Business Analyst for one of our clients in the manufacturing industry
Candidates MUST have strong Sales Cloud experience, hold active Salesforce Certifications - and at least 3-5+ years' experience in the Salesforce platform
Primary objectives/responsibilities:
- Management of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Data Cloud and Agentforce
- Developing a Salesforce strategy
- Analysis, planning , administration , configuration
- Activating Agentforce - including; data validation, field definition, building pipeline management and structures
- Sales Cloud projects including; campaign management, lead attribution, activating cadences
