Senior Sourcing SpecialistRequired Education: High School Diploma Required Qualifications: Prior experience working closely with external suppliers/partners including: negotiations, RFI and RFP development, contract negotiations and contract development. Experience with standardizing specifications; rationalizing supply base, reducing consumption, and lowering total cost of ownership. Ability to manage multiple sourcing efforts with competing deadlines. Experience leading formal requirement reviews to gather business requirements and develop appropriate supplier specific sourcing strategies. Ability to develop and deliver presentations to include sourcing strategy, alternatives, cost models, etc. working with Category managers and others to achieve finalization and sign-off. Ability to keep data updated in systems, and bi-weekly reporting Responsibilities: Will assist with the volume of contracts in IT Software, Labor, Hardware or Telecom space. Successfully lead, execute and manage sourcing category initiatives and activities. Sourcing initiatives are key to business initiatives aimed at successful operations of the bank and to accomplish broad, long-term strategic objectives such as enhancing revenue, improving quality and/or efficiency, impacting cost savings and advancing technological development, impacting talent management, advancing teammate capabilities, implementing new product initiatives, or other strategic priorities.**Only those lawfully authorized to work in the designated country associated with the position will be considered.****Please note that all Position start dates and duration are estimates and may be reduced or lengthened based upon a client's business needs and requirements.**
