Quality Assurance Manager: Lead Audits, CI & Data-Driven QA

180 Engineering is looking for a Quality Assurance Manager to lead a team of quality professionals. This role involves hands-on duties including root-cause analysis, audits, and continuous improvement efforts. The ideal candidate will need a BS degree in Mechanical or Industrial Technology/Engineering and at least 5 years of experience, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership position. The manager will be responsible for collecting and analyzing quality data, conducting process capability studies, and troubleshooting issues in manufacturing.
