Account Manager

We’re looking for a driven Account Manager to join a growing logistics company and take ownership of both existing customer relationships and new business development.

This is a true outside sales role. You’ll meet with current customers to strengthen relationships, identify additional opportunities, and work with new prospects to bring on new business.

What You’ll Do

• Manage and grow relationships with existing customers
• Meet with current and prospective clients to understand their logistics needs
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities
• Use a technology-driven sales stack to research prospects, build lists, and uncover new opportunities
• Prospect through phone, email, LinkedIn, and other sales channels
• Conduct meetings, presentations, and sales conversations with business owners and decision-makers
• Develop your own book of business and drive revenue growth
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure customers receive excellent service

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of B2B sales, account management, or outside sales experience
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable prospecting and creating your own opportunities
• Competitive, motivated, and results-driven
• Ability to manage a sales pipeline independently
