What is the Long‑Term Incentive Plan (LTIP)? LTIP is an incentive program that typically vests over a three‑year period and is tied to both individual performance and the operational success of Texas Oncology. Responsibilities Although each center operates independently day‑to‑day, all four collaborate as fully staffed Texas Oncology clinics in the greater San Antonio and New Braunfels areas. The centers share a unified ARIA R&V database, Eclipse TPS (3D/IMRT/SBRT), Radcalc secondary check, and Sun Nuclear QA devices. Across the region, clinical resources include four Varian linear accelerators (C‑Series and TrueBeam), a Nucletron HDR afterloader, four CT simulators (GE and Siemens), and a mobile GE PET/CT. Collectively, the centers treat approximately 140 patients per day. The physics and clinical team includes: 5 Radiation Oncologists 1 Chief Medical Physicist 4 Staff Medical Physicists 1 Chief Radiation Therapist 6 Medical Dosimetrists 11 Radiation Therapists 4 Lead Radiation Therapists Qualifications The ideal candidate will have: Board certification or board eligibility in therapy physics by the ABR A valid Texas state license 2+ years of experience Working knowledge of SRS, SBRT, and HDR Experience with Varian linear accelerators Excellent organizational and communication skills Preferred Experience: Eclipse treatment planning experience HDR treatment planning and delivery ARIA proficiency Prior experience with SBRT and SRS programmatic workflows #J-18808-Ljbffr US Oncology Network-wide Career Opportunities
