Join our healthcare partner in providing exceptional care to neonatal through geriatric patients. As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you'll be an integral part of the team, ensuring that patients receive the highest quality of care. Your role will include assisting with activities of daily living, performing vital sign checks, and supporting the nursing staff in maintaining a safe and clean environment.

• Assist with ADLs: bathing, dressing, oral care, feeding, toileting, ambulation, turning, and repositioning
• Administer ice packs, heat treatments, and other treatments under RN direction
• Perform accurate intake and output, daily weights, vital signs, and fingerstick blood glucose testing
• Collect specimens and provide postmortem care
• Promptly answer call lights and requests
• Follow Infection Control Practices diligently
• Report changes in patient conditions to the Registered Nurse
• Maintain a safe and clean environment for patients, coworkers, and guests
• Comply with policies for handling confidential patient information
• Need 1 year experience in setting
• Certified Nursing Assistant certification required or obtained within 4 months of hire
• AHA BLS certification obtained within 1 month of hire
• Must hold and maintain Wisconsin Certified Nursing Assistant certification
• Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail required
