Travel Er Nurse (Nights) In New Mexico

What you'll bring to the table:

• Current New Mexico RN license or applicable compact state license
• Valid BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications from AHA (or ENPC)
• Additional certifications such as TNCC or ATCN are a plus
• Strong clinical skills in emergency medicine, with the ability to handle high-pressure situations
• Excellent communication skills, compassion, and respect for diverse patient populations
• Ability to work independently during night shifts, with adaptability to floating when necessary

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience in emergency or trauma care settings
• Certification in CPI or similar de-escalation training
• Prior travel RN experience is advantageous but not required

Additional requirements:

• Willingness to work rotating weekends
• Float across multiple units as needed based on census and acuity
• No on-call required, though placement on call may occur during low census periods
• Must handle physically demanding tasks, including patient transfers and emergency response situations
