ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Schillace Insurance Agency (Dominic Schillace State Farm) is seeking an outgoing person to join our team as a Marketing Representative on a part-time basis.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Visit local businesses and customers to drop off branded materials
• Organize, set up, and host various community events
• Organize and deliver community donations 
• Manage agency marketing budget
• Manage social media by scheduling posts and creating various content including posts, reels, etc.
• Take photographs and videos to use for social media branding
• Decorating office(s) for holidays, birthdays, anniversaries, etc. 
• Track campaign performance and provide regular updates to the agent.
• Collaborate with team members to align marketing and customer engagement goals.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Outgoing personality that can connect with people never previously met.
• Willingness to host marketing events in person.
• Creative thinker with attention to detail.
