Location 226 S Woods Mill Rd Position Summary The Quality Coordinator serves as the primary contact for patient experience activities and supports medical group quality and performance improvement initiatives. Working closely with the Medical Group Quality Manager, this role implements strategies that enhance the patient experience and advance quality and performance improvement goals across the medical group. Responsibilities include promoting teamwork among all members of the healthcare team and performing duties consistently with St. Luke’s mission and values. Education, Experience, & Licensing Requirements Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred in Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field. Equivalent alternatives include an associate’s degree plus 3 years of relevant healthcare experience, or 5 years of relevant healthcare experience without a degree. Clinical backgrounds such as Medical Assistant or LPN with ambulatory/clinic experience are encouraged to apply. Experience: Prior experience in patient experience, quality improvement, service excellence, or a clinical role involving these areas preferred. Familiarity with patient satisfaction measurement systems such as Press Ganey is a plus. Understanding of healthcare operations, physician practice environments—particularly ambulatory or medical group settings—and knowledge of relevant regulations and patient rights is required.
