Senior, Investment Operations | Boston, MA Compensation: $130,000-160,000 A Boston-based alternative asset manager is seeking a senior-level candidate in investment operations to join its high-performing investment operations team. This role offers broad exposure across both public and private markets, supporting a diverse portfolio that includes private credit, private equity, venture capital, hedge funds, real estate, equities, fixed income, derivatives, and FX. Key Responsibilities Support treasury, liquidity management, FX trading, and funding activities Oversee third-party administrators and operational workflows Assist with trade execution, settlements, reconciliations, and investment reporting Support onboarding of new investments, strategies, and systems Drive process improvements through automation, technology, and operational enhancements Partner closely with investment, trading, finance, legal, and technology teams Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field 6–9 years of investment operations experience Strong preference for candidates coming from a hedge fund or alternative investment environment Deep trade operations experience, particularly with derivatives, options, futures, and swaps required!
