Recovery Specialist

Recovery Specialist DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Utilize advanced skip-tracing techniques in order to establish customer contact. Locate collateral utilizing all company tools and data sources. Identify accounts that require legal action. Must be able to handle debt collection inbound and outbound calls. Work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Adapt to change quickly with the needs of a growing company. Must comply with all State/Federal Laws and company policies skip tracing to locate assets or location information. Qualifications: 1 year of relative experience preferred. Effective communication skills. Time management skills. Follow written and/or verbal instructions. Possess strong problem solving and negotiations skills. Ability to display a high level of personal accountability and ownership of work performed. Ability to thrive in a "team first" rather than a "me first" environment. Proficient with Google Suites. Be in good standing.
