Part-Time HR Aide: Onboarding & Compliance Support

Brown Technologies Incorporated

Brown Technologies, Inc. (BTI) is hiring a part-time Human Resources Aide to support onboarding, recruiting logistics, and compliance recordkeeping in Huntsville, Alabama.

The role offers two fixed 5-hour shifts per week and year-round employment, with a strong fit for students in HR, business, or management. Responsibilities include preparing onboarding packets, tracking required training, posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and maintaining HUBZone compliance under the HR Manager.
