Job Description

• Create Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess individual patient requirements and devise personalized therapy strategies that align with their functional aspirations.
• Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Apply evidence-based methodologies to promote enhancements in patients' motor skills, cognitive abilities, and daily life activities.
• Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams: Work in close partnership with OTs, PTs, SLPs, physicians, and nurses to ensure a comprehensive and holistic approach to care.
• Educate Patients and Families: Guide patients and their loved ones on therapeutic practices that support continuous improvement in their environments.
• Assess and Document Progress: Keep track of clinical developments and modify treatment plans as necessary, ensuring patients stay on their recovery journey.

Education

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited university
• Encouragement and support for continued education or advanced certifications

Certifications

• Active Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification required
