Occupational Therapist

Occupational Therapist (OT) - Lincoln, NEBlue Stone Therapy is seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide rehabilitation services to adult and geriatric patients at Eventide Lincoln Care Center in Lincoln, Nebraska.This role focuses on evaluating and treating adult and geriatric patients in a skilled nursing and post-acute rehabilitation setting. The Occupational Therapist is responsible for assessments, care plan development, and implementation of treatment programs designed to improve activities of daily living (ADLs), cognitive function, upper extremity strength, range of motion, positioning, and overall functional independence.This position will serve multiple partner communities, including Eventide Williamsburg Long Term Care Houses and Eventide in Crete, with travel between locations as needed.What You'll DoPerform occupational therapy evaluations and develop individualized plans of careProvide skilled occupational therapy treatment focused on functional and measurable outcomesAddress ADLs, functional mobility, cognition, strength, positioning, and discharge planningSupervise Occupational Therapy Assistants in accordance with regulatory and company standardsMaintain appropriate patient schedules per established guidelinesComplete timely, accurate documentation to support quality care and reimbursement requirementsCollaborate with interdisciplinary team members and facility staff to support positive patient outcomesWhat You BringGraduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy programCurrent Occupational Therapist license (or eligibility for licensure) in applicable stateExperience in skilled nursing, long-term care, or post-acute rehabilitation preferredStrong clinical reasoning, communication, and organizational skillsCommitment to patient-centered care and professional standardsWhy Blue Stone Therapy?We believe exceptional care begins with exceptional clinicians.
