We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part ofTroon, you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management. Summary: As a key member of the property’s golf operations team, the Cart Attendant reports directly to the General Manager or Golf Shop Supervisor and attends to the golf cart fleet, as well as performing other duties as directed. Pay: $15.92 Responsibilities: Maintains professional appearance Brings carts from the cart barn in the morning and returns carts to the cart barn at the end of the day Cleans, inspects, and checks carts after each use; restocks as required Cleans and maintains the cart barn Ensures the carts are available for player use at all times Receives complaints and communicates them to the Golf Shop Works closely with Golf Shop staff to prepare and conduct golf tournaments Implements and supports all course policies and programs as communicated by management Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager Qualifications, Knowledge, and Skills: Strong customer/guest orientation Strong communication and interpersonal skills Dependable Friendly personality; enjoys working with the public Working knowledge of the rules of golf is preferred Ability to learn and enforce course policies, rules, and regulations Ability to follow verbal and written instructions Ability to use equipment and tools properly and safely Benefits & Other Compensation: This position includes eligibility for the following benefits, subject to applicable plan terms: Healthcare Benefits – Medical, Dental, and Vision coverage Retirement Benefits – 401(k) with employer match (19 years of age and older) Eligibility for benefits and the specific terms, conditions, and offerings are governed by the applicable plan of documents and company policies, which may be amended at the Company’s discretion.
