Descripción del Puesto 5th HQ - Operadores de Máquinas con experiencia en la industria farmacéutica para unirse a nuestro equipo de producción. Los candidatos seleccionados serán responsables de operar y mantener equipos especializados en la fabricación de tabletas, cápsulas o mezclas, asegurando el cumplimiento de los más altos estándares de calidad y normativas de la industria. Responsabilidades Principales Operar y monitorear máquinas automáticas y semiautomáticas utilizadas en la fabricación de tabletas, cápsulas o mezclas farmacéuticas. Realizar ajustes y configuraciones necesarias en los equipos para garantizar una producción eficiente. Inspeccionar y verificar la calidad del producto durante y después del proceso de producción. Cumplir con las Buenas Prácticas de Manufactura (GMP) y las normativas de seguridad y calidad. Documentar las actividades del proceso de producción en los registros correspondientes. Realizar el mantenimiento preventivo básico y la limpieza de las máquinas. Identificar y reportar cualquier problema técnico o desviación del proceso al supervisor. Colaborar con otros equipos para garantizar el flujo continuo de la producción. Requisitos Experiencia mínima de 1-2 años operando máquinas en la industria farmacéutica o de manufactura similar. Conocimiento de los procesos de fabricación de tabletas, cápsulas o mezclas. Familiaridad con las Buenas Prácticas de Manufactura (GMP). Habilidad para trabajar en un entorno regulado, con atención al detalle y enfoque en la calidad. Disponibilidad para trabajar en turnos rotativos y horarios extendidos, según sea necesario.
