Job Description

Job Summary:
Provide advanced imaging services using CT technology to assist in diagnosis and treatment planning. Ensure patient safety and comfort while maintaining high-quality imaging standards.

Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor CT imaging equipment to produce diagnostic images.
Prepare patients for procedures by explaining the process and ensuring proper positioning.
Maintain safety protocols to protect patients and staff from radiation exposure.
Assist radiologists and physicians with image interpretation and procedures.
Document procedures accurately within the EMR system.
Perform routine equipment maintenance and troubleshoot technical issues.

Qualifications:

ARRT certification in CT required.
Valid BLS certification and Florida State DOH license.
Minimum of 2 years of recent CT imaging experience.
Proficient in GE imaging equipment and Meditech EMR.
Strong communication and patient care skills.
