Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Technical Business Analyst / Product Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in requirements analysis, Agile delivery, APIs, and complex system integrations and a proven ability to translate business needs into actionable user stories and deliver solutions across integrated enterprise applications .

Engagement Details

• Approved work location is Charlotte, NC with a hybrid schedule of at least 3 days onsite per week.
• Start month is Oct/Nov. One to two interview rounds. Video is required. In-person is required. Glider ID verification applies.
• On resume, list current location, relocation plan, availability or start date, and cooling-off status if applicable.
• Maximum of three submissions per vendor.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with business stakeholders and technology teams to define, analyze, and deliver solutions that support Merchant capabilities and strategic objectives.
• Elicit, document, and refine business, functional, data, and system requirements.
• Create high-quality user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and data mappings.
• Serve as liaison between business, product, architecture, and development teams.
• Manage cross-application dependencies and facilitate delivery in an Agile environment.
• Analyze system interactions, APIs, and end-to-end data flows across integrated platforms.
• Coordinate project activities, track risks and issues, and drive delivery across multiple teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 7+ years of Business Analysis experience supporting technology delivery initiatives.
• Proficiency with Agile practices and tools such as Jira for backlog and workflow management.
• Demonstrated ability to gather, analyze, document, and validate business and technical requirements.
• Strong understanding of system integrations, RESTful APIs, data flows, and cross-application dependencies.
• Experience creating user stories, acceptance criteria, process models, and business requirements documentation.
• Experience performing impact assessments and coordinating requirements across multiple applications and teams.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills with stakeholder management across levels.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Merchant, Payments, or Order Management platforms and transaction-processing systems.
• Familiarity with API-first and microservices architectures.
• Knowledge of data analysis and SQL for validation and troubleshooting.
• Experience with large-scale enterprise ecosystems and multiple system integrations.
• Banking or financial services domain exposure.
• SAFe Agile experience or relevant Agile certifications.
• Experience mentoring junior analysts and contributing to BA best practices.
