Salesforce Business Systems Analyst

We are seeking a Salesforce Business Systems Analyst to work closely with business partners and an existing Salesforce team of approximately 7-10 professionals. This role will be responsible for translating business requirements into actionable Salesforce solutions and supporting the design, implementation, testing, documentation, and ongoing enhancement of Salesforce functionality. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud , along with strong business analysis and stakeholder-management skills. Key Responsibilities Partner with business stakeholders to understand business needs, processes, and requirements. Translate business requirements into actionable Salesforce solutions. Define functional solutions and contribute to technical solutions for business problems. Design and implement Salesforce functionality across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud . Analyze business requirements and data to develop effective Salesforce solutions. Support day-to-day Salesforce enhancements and improvements. Work collaboratively with the existing Salesforce team of 7-10 professionals. Meet with business stakeholders and partners to gather, clarify, and analyze requirements. Confer with relevant personnel to ensure newly implemented functionality operates successfully. Participate in testing of new Salesforce functionality and validate solutions against business requirements. Create and maintain functional and technical documentation. Document findings and analysis and prepare recommendations for: New systems and procedures Functional enhancements Process improvements Organizational changes Assist with implementation and rollout of new Salesforce functionality. Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Salesforce-related business needs. Communicate effectively with both technical teams and non-technical business stakeholders. Required Qualifications 3-5 years of experience in Salesforce business analysis, systems analysis, Salesforce consulting, or a related role. Strong experience translating business requirements into Salesforce solutions. Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud . Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud . Experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud . Experience gathering and documenting business requirements. Experience with Salesforce enhancements and implementations. Strong understanding of functional solution design. Experience with testing and documenting new functionality. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills. Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Work Environment Charlotte-based candidates preferred/required. Role is mostly in-office . Some work-from-home flexibility may become available after completion of training.
