Assembly Line Operator Eldor Automotive Powertrain USA is searching for an Assembly Line Operator to join our state‑of‑the‑art, highly automated production facility located in Daleville, VA. We produce ignition systems for the U.S. automotive market. At Eldor USA, the Assembly Line Operator will operate the assembly line, inspect products to meet target output and quality, and effectively communicate abnormal product conditions to the supervisor for problem solving. The position includes the following responsibilities: Refill blisters to load into machinery to ensure 100% uptime during final assembly. Stuff springs into HV extensions, load HV extensions onto conveyor, inspect coils for resin drops, damage or other abnormal quality issues. Maintain 100% visual control on the finished product to ensure zero defects reach our customers. Ensure visual control in accordance with cycle time to avoid machine stoppage. Record data on paperwork during each production hour; follow supervisor’s instructions if an abnormal situation arises. Control the quality of materials and product. Maintain machine cleanliness to prevent contamination and to preserve a safe work environment. Perform repetitive lifting up to 35 pounds. Other duties as assigned by the supervisor. Education & Experience Required High School Diploma/GED or equivalent. 1 year of manufacturing experience, preferably in the automotive industry. Benefits Offered Competitive pay based on experience.
