Role Overview As a Behavior Analyst at Elevated Kids, you play a central role in supporting young children and their families through thoughtful, relationship-based care grounded in best practice. You’ll guide clinical programming, partner closely with caregivers, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support meaningful progress in everyday environments. Training & Support At Elevated Kids, BCBAs are supported by a clinical infrastructure designed to foster confidence, consistency, and growth—while honoring your expertise and professional judgment. Each BA has access to a Lead Behavior Analyst who serves as a clinical thought partner and resource. This support begins during onboarding and continues throughout your time at Elevated Kids, offering collaboration across NDBI implementation, parent coaching, care planning, clinical decision-making, and EMR systems. While we have a home base office available to support collaboration and connection, this role offers flexibility in where work is completed, including remote and telehealth work when clinically appropriate. Scheduling is planned thoughtfully and collaboratively, and candidates should be comfortable commuting up to 30 minutes as part of their role.
